Name- Monica Weaver
Nickname- Never got one
Fort Wayne, IN
taking last class

Played for the Flamingos from Fall 2004-Fall 2005 . I played tight or loose-head prop. Such a short time because I got pregnant. Still a Rugby fan and miss playing so much! I remember finally scoring one weekend and the next finding out that I was pregnant! lol. I will always be a Rugby girl and will continue to look for oportunities to watch or play!
I live in Fort Wayne, IN and commute to Ball State 3 days a week for 1 class. Yes, it sucks, but that is my only option.
Graduating in May 2010 in Aquatics and Physical Education.
Maybe I will get to another game and bring my daughter. The first time I brought her to a game she was only 6 months old!

Still a Student...eh

I played for the Flamingos from 2003-07, as their inside/outside centers. By far met some of the greatest people from playing and am glad I can still pick up the phone and talk to them. At the moment I am unable to play, because of crazy schedule, but I try to get to some of Norfolk's games. Now, I'm in graduate school in Norfolk, VA for Higher Education Administration. I just really loved college I decided to continue working there. I will be graduating in May and will hopefully have a job in the Sports Management section on a campus. Though I love the area I live in I may have to move. After living away from snow and cold weather, it will be difficult for me to go back to cold weather. (Sorry, Jen. Even though I love Denver....it's just SO cold).

If you are ever interested in traveling and need a place to crash please hit me up. Currently, I'm only 10mins from the ocean and will keep everyone updated on my next move. For the current players, good luck in your season and hopefully I'll make it up there for an alumni game.

Sorry Sam and Jen about the alumni game not being the same as the boys, B just really heavied up this year on our fall semester, and with that final gaming trying for nationals, timing just wasn't that great. No worries though, we're still inviting the guys alumni to the game and definitely the social afterward. Hope to see you all there!

Name : Samantha Overmyer
Nickname : I was blessed for one to never stick!
Cincinnati, OH
Surgical Tech at University Hospital

I played from 2004-2007. I played Hooker and occasionallly Flanker and was Captain my last semester. I no longer play but I wish I did. Rugby were by far my best years of life thus far. I just recently moved to Cincinnati in September and absouletly love it. There are so many things to do within a 20 minute radius so if anyone is making a trip this way you are more then welcome to crash at mi casa.

I've been to every Alumni game so far. I love coming back to see everyone. My advice to you guys for Alumni is if you want a lot of girls to show up make sure it's at the same time as the boys team. I still keep in touch with quite a few people I use to play with and some of those I didn't.

I'm on facebook so you can get ahold of me there!

Name:Jennifer Harroff
Nickname: Lucky to not have one
Denver, CO
Fitness Professional (teach bootcamps, fit classes, personal train, coach)
Looking to go back to school to become a Physical Education teacher.

I played from 2002-2006. I was captain for 6 semesters and ran sports and conditioning. I don't play anymore, not to brag or anything, but Denver, Glendale and Boulder teams have asked me. hahaha. I just have a crazy random schedule and I can't let anything else get in the way of my play time in the mountains.
What I have been up to is basically playing- I live in Colorado. There is so much to do. So mountain biking, snowboarding, snowshoeing, hiking, all that outdoorsy stuff in between that thing called work. People out here work to live and not live to work, which is another reason I love it out here.

I have been to a couple of alumni matches, but traveling costs and change of schedule all the time, I can't trust to book a flight and I need my old boys there to pay that money! So when a mixed alumni game that is a for sure date comes back around- I will hopefully make it.

Anyone traveling to Colorado- get a hold of me, always a place to stay for a fellow rugger.

Name: Pamela Parry

Anseong, South Korea
Naehyehol Elementary (I'm an English teacher)

I played in 2003 (unfortunately I wasn't at BSU very long) as a prop. When I moved to Florida, there wasn't a team close enough to me to play for, so unfortunately I've had some down time from the game. However, I've recently moved to South Korea, and there is a team here, so in the spring, I'm going to be playing with the Seoul Sistas! I'm really excited to play again! Of course, my distance from Indiana has always prevented me from joining in an alumni match, but I love reading about how the team is doing through the years!

I'm on Facebook and MySpace...but I don't really use MySpace anymore.
